14kt Yellow Gold 7.7mm Saltwater Cultured Pearl Flower Leaf Necklace Pendant. The pendant has been steamed and cleaned and is guaranteed to be Solid 14kt Gold and a Saltwater Pearl. The pearl does have a couple very minor dings in it from normal wear but does not have any cracks or breaks and is secure
