Motoring Laws, Population Figures, Sites of Interest. NO date. Population figures from the 1930 census. Atlanta GA was the largest city in South at 270,366. … CONDITION: USED with corner wear, edge scuffing, soiling and age tanning. Small splits along some fold lines; tiny holes at double fold line junctions. Slight curl to left hand edge. Acceptable to Good condition.
