1938 The Benjamin Franklin Memorial Institute Dedication Banquet Program

Given the list of attendees that were identified as the "Head" of table I presume this seating list was likely a who's who of dignitaries from the political and especially scientific community at the time.  I have identified the "heads" below.  It does not say if was for the Franklin Memorial but I am almost sure that this is what it was for as the memorial was opened in 1938.
