    Description

    We are pleased to present an early Mignon Faget piece, purchased about 1985 and retaining its original Historic New Orleans Collection jewelry box and outer box. The piece is a Gumbo necklace, 16.25" long, with five strands of freshwater pearls with a sterling crab as the central pendant, flanked by two sterling crawdads, and some sterling okra. The necklace is in excellent condition, as is the black velvet jewelry box, but the outer
    box shows some heavy wear and tear.
