    Description

    This wonderful production concept art for "A Civil Action" (1998) was created by renowned visual effects matte artist Syd Dutton.  This concept art informed the development of a digital matte painting used in an aerial view of a chemical plan in Woburn, Massachusetts in the 1980s.  It was created with oil paints on brown paper framed by an approximately 37" x 23" black matte and is signed by the artist.
