    Description

    Vintage early 1900’s Co-Star sterling silver & gold filled expansion sweetheart bracelet.  The puffy heart features an oval bezel set faceted emerald green glass stone. The bracelet is comprised of two bonded layers. The top layer is yellow gold filled; the bottom layer is sterling.  The sterling layer is hallmarked but the gold filled layer is not which was common practice at the time.
    Hallmark:  Co-Star sterling base 1/20 12K GF
    Condition:  Extremely fine ~ best one I’ve ever seen
    Heart:  1” X 7/8”
    Size:  Expands to fit most but to wear it comfortably all day your wrist measurement (NOT your bracelet size) should be 6.25” or less.  I measured my wrist with a soft tape measure at 6.75”. It fits me but I think it would annoy me after wearing it a few hours. Women were tiny at the time.
