Antique Edwardian S.O.BIGNEY & CO Wide Hinged Bangle Bracelet Rose Gold Plated

We came across this lovely antique Edwardian era hinged bangle bracelet in a local estate .  It is by S. O .Bigney & Co. of Attleboro, Ma. and has a Patent date of Oct. 6, 1908.  These details are stamped inside the bracelet.  It is most likely gold plated (doesn't specify) and is done in rose gold.with a distinct rosy appearance.  I love the fact that it is 1" wide  and made for a larger wrist.  The inside diameter is 2 5/8" and the inside circumference is 7 1/2".   One side has an etched flower and leaf design while the other side is smooth.  The surface is flat on the outside and slightly convex on the inside.  There is a push button to open the bracelet and the seams are  tight and almost invisible from the outside.   Being a hollow bracelet about 1/16" thick, there are some  minor indentations on the smooth side where one's wrist would rest on a table.  If anything, the minor imperfections are consistent with it's antiquity.  Overall, it is an exceptional bracelet in a wider width and larger size.  Total weight is 46 grams.
