OLD authentic Pen Register Pacific Bell ITE-2067 Serial B4391 Order BPOE.72 collectors! Early Surveillance history trap and trace device
This is an old Pen Register that has stickers stating it was “owned” by Pacific Bell.
Doing some research it dates to 1899.
This is the first of two Registers we will be listing.
Very heavy and have no idea if it/they work – these days software does this kind of surveillance.

They are old, probably wrapped in acidic paper along the way, put away with the intention of opening again in a few weeks, which turned into a few months, then a few years, and now more than a few DECADES. We still have a little left from the house here and there that will be mixed in, but these items are listed with intention of NOT putting them back.
