Fabulous Vintage Sterling Silver Rhinestone Diamonbar Art Deco Bracelet

Description

Lovely vintage Art Deco faux diamond (rhinestone) flexible bracelet set in Sterling Silver. Manufactured by Wachenheimer Brothers (WB).
Clasp is marked Sterling and the date of the patent issued for the type of link.
The “3 20 17” patent date refers to U.S. patent number 1,219,683. It was issued to Harry Wachenheimer and Ernest L. Davis, and assigned to WB on March 20, 1917. The patent was for
new way of constructing a “chain” that did not require solder and that had a series of links that could be easily and quickly attached to or removed from the chain.
In very good condition. The rhinestones show some yellowing in their settings but are in good condition. The main clear "stone" shows some scratches but still appears clear and not discolored. Clasp works well. You press in on the small pin to pinch the male portion of the clasp.
Length of bracelet not including the clasp prongs is 7 inches.
