Japanese Dedicated Fire Service Badge Aichi Prefecture Fire Brigade Association?

Here is a nice Japanese badge.  I am not a collector of Japanese awards but I was able to find a very similar badge illustrated and described on a website dedicated to Japanese medals and badges, so I am tentatively attributing it accordingly.  According to that site, the top emblem is for fire departments, and the inscription menas "Dedicated Service Badge, Aichi Prefecture Fire Brigade Association."  It is oval, 1" x 1.5".  Well made and attractive.  Age uncertain but clearly not of recent manufacture, so I am putting it in the WWII section so that collectors of Japanese badges will see it.  If you can provide a more precise attribution or a better translation of the inscriptions, please feel free to contact me with them and I will amend the description accordingly.   See illustrations.
