The booklet has some discoloration on the cover.
The corners of some of the pages have curled up.
I did not notice any spots or pencil marks on the pages.
This measures 6 ¾ by 10 inches.
This was in a box in an attic in a barn for probably 50 years so they have a slight musty odor to them.
