    Sign Bill of Lading (receiving bill). This document says that the order has been received. This all states that the order has arrived in good condition. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect all packages received.     Freight damage. It is your responsibility to make sure your order is in good condition upon receipt. If you find that a product has been damaged, you may refuse shipment. If you refuse shipment, please note the reason on the bill of lading and contact us immediately.
    Order Shortage. If the cartons received is less than what is listed on the bill of lading, please notate on the bill of lading and contact us immediately, so that we can trace the missing package and recover it quickly.
