    PARKER JOTTER BALL PEN
    This pen is new.  It was purchased and placed in my collection.  This is a green body pen with the words Jotter 40th Anniversary on the body.  This was a "special run" pen and I believe it sold for -50 in the 90s
    With the Parker Vector and Jotter pens, the Parker pen company was able to showcase their ability to put multiple colors and designs on a pen, hence their advertising a "billboard in you pocket".  This pen is a great example of that.
    This is a very nice looking pen that accepts Parker ball refills that can be purchased at many stationery stores (or from me).
    This auction includes a fresh ball cartridge.
