    This is a new and unused Parker Vector rollerball pen. It has a stars and stripes design with chrome trim as pictured.  It was purchased and placed in my collection.
    This pen includes a fresh parker rollerball refill. This is a standard rollerball cartridge and replacements can be purchased at most stationery stores.  (or from me)
