Rebellion 10 x 34 Uncut Hard Maple Skateboard Deck. Condition is "New"
100% hard rock maple un cut skateboard.  Great for those that want to make their own shapes. They come in a natural, nude color, or for more I can stain the uncut for you.  These blanks come without holes drilled so you can customize your wheelbase.
How Rebellion Skateboards are made.
Seven layers of hard rock maple, veneer in alternating grain patterns, are glued together and put in my industrial press where hundreds of pounds of pressure form the concave and bends.  The decks stay in the press for 24 hours to insure a strong finish. The decks are then allowed to cure for two weeks for maximum strength and flexibility. After the cure time, they will have to pass a final inspection.
My decks are then rough cut by hand, holes drilled, and then sent to my router table to cut your shape. After I will round the edges and hand sand to perfection.
My final step is adding graphics. On a one time custom job, I use a special adhesive vinyl that's waterproof, ( screen printing at an extra charge) but a bulk order will be screen printed.
Typically, custom orders are finished within 2-5 weeks, but may take a little longer due to the demand of raw materials.
