The Kon-Tigo Tiki Bar was given Full Blessings from Harry Yee and his Daughter Marilyn to Recreate the Mug in his Honor.
The Long Lost Tapa Mug and nearly Forgotten Tapa Punch Hawaiian Cocktail which was Created (as well as the Blue Hawaii) by Harry Yee in 1959. The Tapa Punch a 4 1/4 oz. Rum Filled Cocktail was Originally Created by Harry Yee especially for the Tapa Bar at the Hawaiian Village. The Tapa Punch was the First Cocktail and Mug to Ever be Garnished with a Hanging Chinese Lantern and Parasol, as well as be featured in the Hit T.V. show Hawaiian Eye in 1959 in the Shell Bar at the The Hawaiian Village. The Tapa Punch Mug was Created with Respect to Early Mugs and with a Vintage Athetotic that was Inspired by the Original Illustration from the 1959 Hawaiian Village Menu. On the Back of the Tapa Punch Mug we also wanted to Pay Tribute to the Tapa Room for which the The Tapa Punch and Tapa Mug were created for. 25% of Proceeds go to helping victims of Hate Crimes aimed at the Asian American Pacific Islander Community in Harry Yee's Honor. The Harry Yee Collective and Fundraiser are Fully Endorsed by Harry Yee and his daughter Marilyn. We have chosen Advancing Justice of our Charity and have Raised ,000 towards Our ,000 Goal.
