This is a vintage used item, in good used condition, with light signs of wear/age; there is mild rubbing to surface of brochure, hint of edgewear and little associated corner wear, faint fading to paper whites. Overall paper quality is good, smooth/glossy, with excellent preservation of full-color images, sharp/clear maps and crisp black print. There are no excessive nicks, chips, rips, tears, perforations, stains, residue or repairs.
The brochure measures approx 8.5" x 3.5".
