This is a great old 1920s or 30s filigree wire bangle bracelet.  I'm not sure what the base metal is.  It looks like the old gilt coin silver, but I couldn't find any markings.
It's a nice wide 11/16" & features a scrolling design the whole way around.  It's set with sky blue faceted glass or crystal emerald cut stones.
With a fabric tape it's about 7 -1-2" around the interior.  It's oval inside for a more comfortable fit.
It could use a proper cleaning, & it's not perfectly oval, but it's in good vintage condition.
Just a gorgeous bracelet.
