Vintage Prudential Insurance 1/20 14K gold filled Tie Bar

Description

This is a gold two tone plated emblem on a clip. On the emblem there is wording with Prudential being the first, the rest I don't know?
On the back side it has 1/20 14k G.F. TB 7 engraved.
Excellent condition with tiny imperfections on the bar. View pictures.
