This is VINTAGE SAMSAN ART DECO GOLDTONE & SILVER FILIGREE HINGED BRACELET WITH AND AMETHYST COLORED FACETED GLASS STONE.  This stunning bracelet is marked SAMSAN PAT PEND.  The bracelet has an unusual flip-clasp on the front that works perfectly.
