Vintage Silver Flower with Blue Rhinestone Center Clip on Earrings

This listing is for
a Pair of Vintage Silver Flower with Blue Rhinestone Center Clip on Earrings.  These pretty earrings belonged to my mother in law and have been sitting in a box for about ten years.  The earrings are clip on.  They are silver metal.  I do not know if they are sterling.
There is a stamp on the back.
The center of the flower is a dark blue (sapphire blue) rhinestone.
