You are bidding on a vintage handpainted persian silver enamel and pearl necklace.  This lovely necklace is about 16 1/2" long and is in very good condition with some tarnish and normal signs of use. The workmanship is very nice.  I don't know how much silver is in the silver, my guess is very low.  Please ask any questions you may have before you bid.  The necklace will be shipped insured.
