    Vintage Issued 1990's - An Issoe of 15,000 Collectible Phone Cards (Complete Set)
    Condition: New (Excellent) (Sealed in Original Plastic Wrap)
    Never opened, never used (Not sure if card is Active, Inactive, or Expired, although on envelope printed the "This Phone Card Expires 1 Year From Date First Used")
    Series 1 Design 1 - "Wright Brothers" A Western Union telegram (mistakes and all) sent by Orville Wright on December 17, 1903 to his father announces man's first step into a new dimension of travel.
    Series 1 Design 2 - "Golden Spike" On May 10, 1869, the final "golden spike" was hammered in, joining the East and West coasts with a ribbon of steel rails. Western Union whose engineers had worked along side the railway builders, relayed this message.
    Series 1 Design 3 - "War Over" As news of the victory swept the country, Western Union delivered thousands of telegrams like this one from the husband of Mrs.Bartholomew who expressed the feelings of a whole generation of GI's.
