    ITEM DESCRIPTION -
    A Western Union Pad of 49 Blanks, unused with a sheet of carbon paper in the back. Measures approx 8½ x 5½ and covers do have some soiling and looks like rust on the staples, however they are covered with the binding. Nice graphic on the front is repeated on the back cover. No date, #1213-D on the bottom left corner and telegram rates started at just 25¢ or 35¢ for the first 15 words. Circa 1940's?
