William Farnum HOLLYWOOD VETERANS LAMBS OF THE ALL STAR GAMBOL 1914 sterling

Today there are going to be offerings from the William Farnum estate.  The noted actor of stage and film acquired and earned a collection of pins badges and medals for himself and from his family over the years.   While there are images of all the pieces, you will only be bidding/purchasing the identified piece in each listing.   This is a medal for the VETERANS OF THE ALL STAR GAMBOL 1914.  I believe these were issued to the myriad of stars who debuted the film LAMBS ALL STAR GAMBOL in 1914.  This medal is marked sterling and has a worn blue and white ribbon with a top bar clasp that is in working condition.    It measures approximately 3" x 1.25".  The clasp is original and in good working condition.

The LAMBS' ALL STAR GAMBOL was a production created in 1914 to showcase and display all of the film talent of the day.   A 3 reel production that presented all the various actors and actresses of the day and from history that were able to be reached and filmed for the production.Lebolt & Co. Sterling is the mark on the back of the medal.
